REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment

At LoKey, customer satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we want to help make it right. We offer a 100-day return window from the date of purchase for eligible returns or exchanges.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

If your product has been opened or partially used and you’re not satisfied, please contact our support team at [insert LoKey support email]. While not all used products are eligible for a full refund, we’re happy to review each situation and explore possible solutions.

In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued depending on the condition of the returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you need to request an exchange, contact us, and our team will provide return instructions.

Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the returned item once it’s received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the purchaser before being gifted, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, original shipping charges will not be included.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns. LoKey is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
