Returns & Refunds

At LoKey, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If our products aren’t the right fit, we’re here to help.

First-Time Order Guarantee

If you’re a first-time customer and decide LoKey isn’t for you, we offer a full refund on your first order within 30 days of purchase, provided proof of purchase is available. This applies to new customers and existing customers placing their first order of a new product.

Standard Returns

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If your return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Please note: Packages marked “Return to Sender” cannot be processed.

Refund Timing

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

In total, refunds may take up to four weeks from the time you ship your return, though many are completed sooner.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief explanation

Our team will respond with return instructions as quickly as possible.

Shipping Information

When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery timelines will be provided based on item availability and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday, typically ship the same business day

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) or on weekends will ship the next business day

  • Expedited shipping does not include weekend delivery

Orders placed on Friday after the cutoff time or over the weekend will ship the following business day.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Orders shipping to the West Coast may take slightly longer, as shipments originate from the East Coast.

Free shipping orders are shipped via USPS.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination. Weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound in accordance with carrier policies.

Expedited Shipping

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timelines, LoKey is not responsible for carrier delays, including expedited shipping services.

If an expedited shipment is delayed, we may attempt to request a carrier refund on your behalf once the package is delivered. Please note that carrier refunds are not guaranteed and may take up to two weeks to process.
